kljuc sarajevo socksAt the invitation of socks factory “Kljuc” Sarajevo, director of the Agency for Foreign Investment Promotion (FIPA) Gordan Milinić, visited this factory and talked with the director of the company Jasmina Seferovic. The focus of the meeting was on the business plans of this recognizable BH brand.

Sock factory “Kljuc” Sarajevo was founded in 1896 and have over 120 years of experience in the production of all types of men’s, women’s and children’s socks and tights.

Before the war, the factory has achieved an annual production of 23 million pairs of socks, and currently produces six million pairs per year.

Although the “Kljuc” has the most modern machinery, skilled labor force and excellent reputation, current utilization of production capacity is still below the actual potential.

This is why the director is interested in partnership with foreign investors for joint investment and export of products on the international market.
