Record Number of Voters in Consulate of Serbia in BiH

electionsAt a polling station in the Consulate of Serbia in Banja Luka, 505 persons of the registered 721 voters have voted until 14:00 o’clock. Namely, 70, 14 percent of voters voted for the president of Serbia, and it is considered that this is probably the biggest turnout of citizens of Serbia, said the president of the voting committee Radoslav Ilic .

By the end of the electoral process, it is expected that the turnout of voters who are eligible to vote in Banja Luka will be between 90 to 95 percent.

The electoral process, which began at 7:00 o’clock and will last until 20:00 o’clock, now takes place without problems.

“There were no problems and everything was being implemented in accordance with the plan of work of the voting committee,” said Ilic.

A candidate for president of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic won the most votes at a polling station in the Serbian Embassy in Sarajevo, a total of 129 citizens of Serbia, 84 voted for him said the president of the Serbian electoral committee Cedomir Labus.

Only people who are registered and who have received a written decision and notification by mail that they can vote at the polling station are eligible to vote at a polling station in the Consulate General of Serbia in Banja Luka.
