residence of king Aleksandar KaradjordjevicAll preparatory and technical documentation is prepared for reconstruction of the summer residence of King Aleksandar Karadjordjevic in Han Pijesak. The planned project of exterior design will be the basis for preserving the exceptional natural environment of the residence, according to the website of the Municipality of Han Pijesak.

Works on stopping further deterioration of the summer residence of King Aleksandar were successfully carried out, as well as necessary investigations for determination of the exact condition of the object.

The summer residence of King Aleksandar Karadjordjevic was built in the twenties of the last century. It was damaged during World War II and later rebuilt again.

The complex object was built in the style of residential architecture made of wood and modeled on the autochthonous construction of a mountain house.
