“Red Brick Gradnja” to invest 8.5 million BAM in New Residential and Business Complex

buildingThe construction of modern residential and business complex “Family Life” is taking place in the settlement Starcevica in Banja Luka, in which the company “Red Brick Gradnja” will invest 8.5 million BAM. With the recognizable exterior, the facade of red brick, this complex will offer new atmosphere of life to the future tenants.

The buildings will be, as they state, coated with red brick facade, which provides durability and quality.

“Our customers are the best promoters of energy efficiency. We have already become recognized in Banja Luka by project “Kalvan” and residential-business complex “Insa.”

Object contains 61 apartments, and they are divided into two separate sections, with two separate entrances and separate elevators. Future tenants will have the opportunity to choose housing area from 38 m2 to 81 m2.

Underground garage has a direct access from the street in order to avoid the crowd and making delay on the street. From the “Red Brick Gradnja” said that there is exactly the same number of parking spaces as residential units, both in the garage and in the front of the building. A total of 4 offices are provided for business purposes.

A lot of attention was given to the organization of exterior and green area around the objects, especially the backyard. Benches will be installed as well as the content for young people.
