In front of thousands of gathered citizens of Sarajevo and visitors from the country and the world, the long-announced auto-moto spectacle Red Bull Showrun began. The main attraction of the event is the championship car RB7, which was driven by the famous British F1 driver David Coulthard.

It is a car used by the Red Bull Racing team in 2011, which was presented at the Ricardo Tormo track not far from Valencia.

This car is the successor to the extremely successful RB6, which won the double crown in 2010, but has also brought improvements that have overcome numerous technical challenges. The result of teamwork at Red Bull Racing was the mighty RB7, one of the most dominant cars in Formula 1 history. This car also brought the Milton Keynes team the drivers’ and constructors’ titles, the team’s second double crown.

In addition to driving the winning Formula 1 car, spectators will be able to enjoy a rich program in which the phenomenal duo Red Bull Driftbrothers will participate in their powerful drift cars.

Aras Gibieza, the world’s best stunt motorcycle rider, also performed at the Red Bull Showrun, who prepared his own driving tricks on the rear and front wheels.

Red Bull Showrun Sarajevo is our gift to the citizens of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and all motorsport enthusiasts. We invite everyone to join us; entry is free, and we promise a spectacle that all attendees will remember for the rest of their lives,” emphasized Oscar Cooper, a representative of the Red Bull Racing team, during yesterday’s press conference announcing the Red Bull Showrun Sarajevo event.

Today, the Red Bull Showrun transformed the streets of Sarajevo into a unique stage for a motorsport spectacle, with legendary United Kingdom (UK) driver David Coulthard at the wheel of a Red Bull Racing Formula 1 car.

The accompanying program included musical performances, as well as displays by the renowned German duo Red Bull Driftbrothers and motorcycle stunt master Aras Gibieza.
