A redesigned and improved web site of EUD/EUSR www.europa.ba was published on 15 March 2013, confirmed the Spokesperson for the EU Delgation to BiH and the Special Representative of the EU to BiH Andy McGuffie for ‘Sarajevo Times’.

“We are constantly looking for ways to upgrade our communication with the public in BiH. Obviously online news and information consumption is growing in BiH just like in other countries with ever more people getting information in this way’’, explained McGuffie.

He said that the first joint website was published in January 2012 following the establishment of the reinforced office.

“The site’s layout has been changed in order to be more user-friendly and visually appealing. The two new and most important features are the 4-topic slider at the top to highlight key EU themes and issues, and the sections below on EU funding and scholarships’’, said McGuffie.

McGuffie said that in the future they plan to provide more complete information on EU-funded projects that are currently underway in BiH.

“The site will continue to offer all its existing features such as news about EU activities in BiH, key documents on EU-BiH relations, reports and publications, and multimedia content such as EU media reports. The site is fully linked up to our YouTube channel at youtube.com/eubih, our Twitter feed @eubih and our Facebook page facebook.com/europa.ba“, concluded McGuffie.
