Reduced Production and increased Sales of Forest Assortments in FBiH

The total production of forest assortments in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the ten months of this year (from January to October) is lower by 33.000 m3 or 1.9 percent compared to the same period of 2016.

Production of assortments from conifer is lower for 63.000 m3 (7 percent), while production of conifer assortments is higher by 30.00 m3 (3,6 percent).
The total sales of forest assortments in the period from January to October 2017, compared to the same period in 2016, increased by 148.000 m3 or 9.4 percent.
Sales of assortments of conifer are higher by 10.6 percent, while sales of assortments of leaf tree are higher by 8.3 percent, according to data from the Federal Bureau of Statistics.
