gas (1)From the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry announced that the Federal Minister Nermin Dzindic requested from suppliers of gas to reduce the price of this energy source for households from the 1st of January this year by 15 %.

This way, instead of the current amount of 640 BAM per 1,000 cubic meters, the price would be reduced to 550 BAM.

Minister Dzindic presented this request at the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Government of FB&H in Sarajevo with representatives of “BH-Gas”, “Sarajevogas” and “Toplane”.

Although the Management Board of “BH-Gas” asked for the new price of gas to amount to 600 BAM, from this Ministry emphasized that this request was rejected because, according to all indicators, greater price reduction is possible.

At yesterday’s meeting was agreed that the Federal Ministry, at the next session of the Government of FB&H, will propose the appointment of the new Supervisory Board of “BH-Gas”, which will make a decision for the price of gas to be 550 BAM, in accordance with authorities and request of the Ministry, which will be confirmed by the Government of FB&H, as noted from this ministry.
