Regional Leadership and Talent Conference on November 9th in Sarajevo

The Regional Leadership and Talent Conference DRIVE 2017, organized by Kolektiv d.o.o. (Posao.ba), will be held on November 9th in the Congress Center of the Terme Hotel in Sarajevo.

The conference is intended for anyone whose job involves the guidance and development of employees in the private and public sector: directors, managers, company owners, HR professionals, team leaders and department managers.

Through numerous lectures and interactive workshops, participants will have the opportunity to find out which are the latest international and regional trends and practices in leadership and talent management and human resource management in general, in order to apply this knowledge in their everyday work. This year, participants will have the opportunity to hear world-renowned experts in the field of leadership and talent management. Some of the lecturers are: Jesus Vega, the former Managing Director at Zari-Inditex, the largest and fastest growing global textile retailer. Currently, Mr. Vega is the most dynamic and internationally sought-after Spanish speakers who has so far held speeches in over 20 different countries on 4 different continents. Another one of the speakers is Andre de Wit, former director of several companies, some of which are IKEA Iberica, Metro Cash & Carry in Croatia. De Wit is the founder of the Leadership Academy in Amsterdam, which is specialized in aligning the leadership with the strategic plan of companies. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet numerous local and regional experts.
