The BH tourist agency Relax Tours won the prestigious award Best Buy Award for the best travel agency in BiH. The prize is given for agency with the best ratio of price and quality.
The consumers themselves were the ones who choose Relax Tours as no. 1 in price and quality ratio and were the ones who decided to whom the prestigious Best Buy Award medal will be given. From the Relax Tours said that that is why they are very proud of this achievement.
Relax Tours will hold this title until January 2017, after which the new research on the service quality and customer satisfaction will be carried out.
