Renewable Energy: 1st “Passive House” Open in Sarajevo

passive houseThe 1st “Passive house” in B&H which was, due to its top isolation and its decreased consumption of energy by using renewable sources, open at Kovači in Sarajevo will serve as a positive example to all those who decide to build their houses this way.

“Passive house is an object which spends around 15 -20 KWh of heating energy per square meter  and costs 1 500 BAM per square meter.

This kind of house spends 20 times less energy than the average house.

This project was implemented in cooperation with the Municipality of Stari Grad and the contractors.
