The annual meeting with Italian film in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be renewed in 2024.

“Dane” opens the film “There’s always tomorrow” by Paola Cortellesi, already close to the audience in Bosnia and Herzegovina, this time, in a double role – director and protagonist. The film was a huge success with audiences and critics, focusing on the theme of gender-based violence and gender equality.

The revue continues with the comedy “War of the Grandfathers” by Gianluca Ansanelli and the historical film “The Commander” by Edoardo De Angelis based on a true story from World War II. Finally, the documentary “Breath of Sarajevo” by Fabiana Antonioli and Andrea D’Arrigo in memory of Italy’s solidarity, shown for the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the war. The director will attend the screening together with the two protagonists of the film, once residents of Sarajevo – Sandra Pašić and Sanja Bogičević.

More details, about the place and date of the screenings, in the attached posters.

The “Days of Italian Film” thus confirm their eclecticism in order to satisfy all the tastes of the domestic audience, while at the same time enabling the spirit of the most recent Italian cinematography, in all its diversity, to be brought to the cities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
