Starting November 20th, a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur is offering a buffet featuring Bosnian and Balkan dishes.

According to a video shared on Facebook, guests will be offered over 30 authentic Balkan dishes.

The menu was presented by the restaurant’s young chef, who noted that all the dishes are prepared by him and his father.

He highlighted roasted lamb as the restaurant’s signature dish. The selection also includes burek, buredžici (small meat pies) topped with sour cream, various other types of savory pies, stuffed peppers, dolma, and more.

He specifically showcased sarma (cabbage rolls) made with house-made sauerkraut. Other main courses include chicken paprikaš (stew), beef with pepper, gulaš (goulash), and basmati rice with saffron. These are served alongside house-made bread baked on-site.

To finish their meal, guests can enjoy unlimited portions of homemade baklava and jabukovača (apple pie). Čupavci (coconut-covered sponge cake squares) and various small sweet treats are also available.
