Revenues from Indirect Taxes amount to over 3 Billion BAM

Revenues from indirect taxes in the first five months of 2019 amounted to 3 billion and 205 million BAM, up by 265 million BAM or 9.04% compared to the same period of 2018 when it amounted to 2 billion and 939 million BAM.

After Indirect Taxation Authority carried out VAT refunds to taxpayers in BiH in the amount of 626 million BAM, the net revenues collected for distribution to users in the first five months of 2019, namely the state, entities and Brcko District, amounted to 2 billion and 579 million BAM and are higher by 194 million BAM compared to the revenues received from the Single Account beneficiaries in the same period of 2018.

For the financing of state institutions in the first five months of 2019, the amount of 306 million BAM was allocated, which is the same as in the previous years.

The Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has allocated the amount of 1 billion and 428 million BAM. Republika Srpska 728 million BAM and Brčko District 78 million BAM.

Based on a special roadway for the construction of highways and construction and reconstruction of other roads (0.25 BAM), the Federation of BiH received additional 80.1 million KM, Republika Srpska 53 million BAM and Brčko District 2.7 million BAM.
