Bruno Alilović, a young football player from Vitez, died on Sunday at the age of 15.

They said goodbye to him on social networks from Football club “Romarij” from Vitez, where he trained.

“You left this morning, without a goodbye, without a word or an explanation. We are devastated. We are sobbing. We are in unbearable pain. Why? Forgive us, angel, we failed as a company. We did not see that your mischievous laughter was hiding something else. Forgive us because we today we were supposed to sing happy birthday to you, and we didn’t know that the finger of fate would direct it differently. He needs you up there more than this world in which we betrayed you. Bruno, you are called to play for the heavenly national team. Play up there for Him the most beautiful football, the one you know and take a look at us sometimes. Watch over us from the heavenly stands. We love you,” the club wrote.
