The year of 2013 is definitely the year of film, where one blockbuster after the other delights the audience around the world. B&H cinemas have prepared a rich film program for the first month of 2013, and many of them announced next feature film spectacles for the remained of the year. But let’s just focus on the beginning of the year and the movies to come in January and February.
Cinestar Mostar, Cinema City Sarajevo, Meeting Point Cinema Sarajevo, Multiplex Palas Banja Luka and Multiplex Ekran Zenica offer a lot of new feature films, ranging from the genre of adventure, fantasy, action thrillers, comedies, animated adventure, family films and dramas. Thriller spectacle ”Texas Chainsaw 3D”, animated adventure ” Wreck-It Ralph 3D”, action thriller ” Jack Reacher”, the fantasy spectacle ” The Hobbit A Unexpected Journey 3D”, comedy ” Gambit” and adventure drama ”Life of Pi” are on the repertoire of the aforementioned cinemas for January 2013.
Animated adventure ”Zambezia 3D” will be screened at Cinema City Sarajevo, Cinestar Mostar, and Multiplex Palas Banja Luka. You can watch another children fantasy animated adventure ” Rise of the Guardians” in Cinema City Sarajevo and Multiplex Palas Banja Luka. The new animated family adventure ” The Dolphin- Story of a dreamer” will be screened in Multiplex Ekran Zenica as well as the animated adventure ”Asterix and Obelix in Britain 3D”. Cinestar Mostar offers a new drama thriller called ”Impossible” and two animated adventures ”Hotel Transylvania 3D” and ”Niko-Božična potraga”.
Cinema Meeting Point in Sarajevo will present a new drama/comedy ”This Must Be the Place” and has announced the Week of Japanese films for March 2013.
Films that can be expected during January and after January in these cinemas are the crime drama ”Gangster Squad”, ”Sonja i bik” the new Croatian comedy of the Year, ”The Impossible” a drama thriller, the new Quentin Tarantino’s film ”Django”, a drama that has two Golden Globe nominations ”Sessions”, Oscar awarded best animated film ”Finding Nemo” in 3D, new history drama ”Anna Karenina”, a drama/comedy ”Silver Linings Playbook”, another history drama with 13 Golden Globe nominations entitled ”Lincoln” and Arnold Schwarzenegger come-back action thriller film ” Last Stand”.
