RS Minister of Education and Culture Anton Kasipović and Minister of Culture and Information of Serbia Bratislav Petkovic signed in Banja Luka a cooperation memorandum for 2013, 2014 and 2015, as a part of a RS- Serbia Special Parallel Relations Agreement.
Kasipović said that the Memorandum will contribute to cooperation in the field of film industry, where certain results already exist, and will also work on joint performances at the European and World manifestations.
”It is clear that independent performances of RS at cultural manifestations abroad would be harder to realize than the joint performances with Serbia”, noted Kasipović
