RS Police Report Seven SIPA Officers Over Alleged Attempt to Arrest Dodik

The East Sarajevo Police Department (PU) today filed a report on the committed criminal offense with the Republic Public Prosecutor’s Office of the RS against seven police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) with the initials A.M., S.S., Z.L., M.M., M.F., M.R. and Z.A., the police department announced.

The SIPA police officers are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of unlawful deprivation of liberty in connection with the article of attempt and abuse of official position or authority from the Criminal Code of the RS.

SIPA attempted to arrest Dodik in front of the Administrative Center of the RS Entity Government in East Sarajevo on April 23.

The BiH Prosecutor’s Office has filed a case against members of the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior who prevented SIPA police officers from carrying out their activities.
