RS President with Ambassadors Casey and Consul Nikolić

The RS President Milorad Dodik spoke today in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of Great Britain to BiH Nigel Casey. Dodik told him about the situation in the RS and the position of its representatives in connection with the open issues at the BiH level.

In this regard, Dodik once again pointed to the active and constructive approach of the RS representatives in discussions on the implementation of the ruling in the European Court for Human Rights in the “Sejdić – Finci” case.

Dodik and the Ambassador of Great Britain exchanged views on current issues, including the election of the new RS government.

In a separate meeting the RS President spoke today with the newly-appointed General Consul of Serbia in Banja Luka Vladimir Nikolić.

Dodik spoke to Nikolić about the political and economic situation in the RS and relations with BiH.

Both sides expressed their belief that the good and versatile cooperation of RS and Serbia would continue in accordance with the Agreement on special and parallel connections.
