rudolph_van_veenOne of the most popular chefs in the world, Rudolph van Veen, who is watched by millions of people on channel 24Kitchen, will come to Sarajevo.

It is a great honor for cafe-bakery “Mrvica” which is opening its second object in the capital of BiH in Jelica Street. On this occasion, Rudolph will present himself to the people of Sarajevo on the 1st of October.

“We are proud of the fact that this excellent chef agreed to be our guest and thus complement to our grand opening, which we are making for our fellow citizens. They will be able to learn something new at this special event, but also to try some of his specialties that we were only able to watch on TV screens,” said Dina Ramic-Husomanovic, owner of the bakery Mrvica.

This is, she said, only one in a series of business moves with which this cafe-bakery wants to organize meetings with world-renowned chefs in order for Sarajevo to have the opportunity to host them, and hosts to learn something new and enrich their offer.

Rudolph van Veen is Dutch culinary master and television presenter. He gained his popularity in that country thanks to the show Life & Cooking, while he became famous in the international community thanks to the show Rudolph’s Bakery, which is broadcast on channel 24Kitchen.

When he was 27 years old, Rudolph won the SVH Master title as the highest Dutch award that can be won. Rudolph took the first two titles in the Netherlands “Master Chef” and “Master Patissier”, while he also won prizes in competitions held from Frankfurt and Sydney and from London to Singapore. With four fellow pastry chefs in 1999, he founded the Dutch Pastry Team, which is dealing with promotions of baking and pastry at the national and international level.
