Safet Zec Proposed for the ‘6th April’ Award

safet zecThe mayor of Sarajevo Ivo Komšić sent a proposition to the Board in charge of assigning the ‘6th April’ Award for Safet Zec to be the winner in the year 2015. This very important BH artist contributed considerably to the affirmation of the town of Sarajevo in the region and across the world.

Besides the strength of his painting work, it is his openness and humanity character as well as his emotional devotion to all that is happening around him that puts him high on the chart of the most important artists throughout Europe.

Through his artistic expression, Safet Zec left an indelible mark in the BH and European art.
