A classic guitar player from Tuzla, Sanel Redžić won the first place at the 55th International Guitar Competition in Tokyo. This international competition is one of the biggest and most prestigious guitar competitions in the world.

Redžić was elected best after the three-part competition. Six other guitar players from B&H, Russia, France, China, Canada and Ukraine competed against Redžić in the finals. Redžić also won two expensive guitars and a tour of twelve concerts around Japan, that will be held at some of the biggest concert halls in this country. The total worth of these awards is estimated to 50.000 euros.

” I am very happy that I won and this is officially my dearest award so far”- said Redžić.

This young guitar player has performed in Europe, Asia, South and North America, and with his success he tries to continue the tradition of successful guitar players that attended the Tuzla music school.
