The Sarajevo City Hall was illuminated on Thursday evening in the colors of the flag of the Republic of Turkey to commemorate the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey and to thank the country and the people for their assistance and solidarity in the fight against the pandemic, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.

The City of Sarajevo, led by Mayor Abdulah Skaka, congratulates Jubilee to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Assembly Speaker Mustafa Sentop and the people of the Republic of Turkey.

“We want to support the Turkish people and the Government of the Republic of Turkey in these challenging times and to thank for unselfish and great help to Bosnia and Herzegovina,”said Sarajevo Mayor Abdulah Skaka.  The Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey marks its 100th anniversary.
