BH judo wrestler Harun Sadiković, won a Gold Medal on European Cup ‘Sarajevo Open 2015′, held at KSC Ilidža.
In the finals, Sadiković won against Montenegrin Dejan Vukčević in the category of 100+ kg, and previously, in the semifinals, he defeated another Montenegrin – Mladen Misurović.
BH female judo wrestlers, Aleksandra Samardžić and Larisa Cerić have justified the expectations, and they defended titles in their categories.
B&H’s wrestler, Larisa Cerić, won against French Alice Delplanque in the finals in the category of 75+ kg, while Samardžić won gold in the category of -70 kg, after she defeated French Valeriane Fichot in the finals.
B&H’s representative Rijad Dedeić won silver in the category of – 90 kg, and Jadranko Jahić won bronze in the category of -100 kg, as reported by Fena.
Mitar Mrdić also won gold medal, after he defeated Montenegrian Nikola Gušić in the category of up to 73 kg with the maximum result of 10:0 (ippon).
In overall standings, BiH ended up being 2nd, with 4 gold medals, and one silver and one bronze. Five of B&H’s judo athletes ended up on 5th place, and two on 7th place.
The best were French competitors, who won 6 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 10 bronze medals.
A total of 16 European countries performed on ‘’Sarajevo Open’’ competition.
