Sarajevo Police seized another Car from a Driver who has several Thousand Euros in unpaid Fines

Police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton seized a car driven by a 45-year-old man who owes more than 12 thousand BAM in unpaid fines.

This Wednesday, a little after midnight, more precisely around 1:10 a.m. in Hadželi Street, Hadžići Municipality, police officers of the Hadžići Police Department controlled a passenger motor vehicle “VW Golf IV”, owned by S. Đ., and driven by S. K., born in 1978. year, settled in Hadžići.

The checks carried out have established that the named person is driving a vehicle during the duration of the protective measure prohibiting driving, and in the register of fines and misdemeanor records, he has a debt based on unpaid fines in the amount of 12,334 BAM, and that he is a repeat offender in committing traffic violations.

The vehicle in question was temporarily confiscated from the 45-year-old and deposited at the Depot for temporarily confiscated vehicles in Reljevo.

A request for the initiation of misdemeanor proceedings will be submitted to the municipal court in Sarajevo for the offense committed in the area of ZOOBS on the roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
