manouryStudio 2 of Sarajevo Sonic Studio will begin the new cycle tomorrow, with the presence of the pioneer and one of today’s most important composers of computer and electronic music, Philippe Manoury. This continues a program of concerts, workshops and lectures, intended for the research for the importance of musical art today.

Studio 2 with Philippe Manoury begins with a lecture of the composition of his artistic aesthetics, and a discussion on the question of what artistic challenge means in the historical situation at the beginning of the third millennia. This will take place tomorrow starting at 18:00.

It will be followed by a concert by Philippe Manoury and a group of young composers from the region, contemporary music produced by the Music Academy. All programs of the Studio are open to the public, thanks to the partnership between the Music Academy with the French Institute and the Goethe Institute B&H within the Elysée Fund.
