Arrival of the first group of Hajj pilgrims from Jeddah to the Sarajevo airport was awaited by a large number of families and friends. After the first greetings and hugs, Hajj pilgrims left for cities they are living in.
The first group of Hajj pilgrims from B&H arrived yesterday afternoon to the International airport in Sarajevo after they performed the Islamic duty Hajj in Mecca.
Mahir Muzaferija from Visoko was a guided to a group of around 40 Hajj pilgrims at this year’s Hajj. As he said, everything was all right and they came back to his home with “peace and pleasure in his heart“.
„I have performed Hajj last year, but this one was beautiful also. Group I Led performed rituals in Madinah and Mecca, we visited the grave of the Prophet Muhammed s.a.w.s, we were in mosques, we prayed and were near the harem of Kaaba“, said Muzaferija.
Talking about two accidents that happened in Mecca during this year’s Hajj, he added that such accidents are frequent and occur almost every year because pilgrims do not follow instructions on the movement.
“We didn’t have any problems, we led all groups as it was needed, our pilgrims had done well there, There are accidents every year, that is common“, said Muzaferija adding that each Muslim who could afford it, should perform Hajj.
