During the meeting with Prime Minister of Canton Sarajevo Edin Forto and Minister of Traffic Adnan Steta, it was concluded that 25 new trolleybuses will be bought.

“We have met the staff working on trolleybus maintenance, and they do not hide their pleasure and have great ideas to introduce new trolleybuses for which we will announce the tender in several days,” Prime Minister Forto said.

Minister Steta has stressed that new trolleybuses will greatly facilitate the functionality of public transport in Canton and as promised at the beginning of the year, soon Sarajevo will get new modern trolley buses that can be seen in cities around the world.

They also talked about the adopted budget, which envisages a new five-million-euro debt extension for the trolleybus network to Vogosca settlement.
