Namely, it is an investment of 100 million BAM, which BH ANS Drive Company will share with a Kuwaiti company Smart Invest.

The building will have 26 floors and 30-storeys, and according to Executive Director of Smart Invest, Elvedin Mahmutović, it is going to be “a real small city within a city”.

“We are seeing that there is a large number of investors interested in tourism and construction, and this project is a continuation of this trend. It is no small thing that a country like Bosnia and Herzegovina attracts great interest for investments,” said Mahmutović.

Director of the company ANS Drive, Asmir Dževlan, said that extremely well-known location in the city will completely change the look after the construction of the Tower.

sarajevotower“In addition, Sarajevo Tower will change the appearance of settlements Pofalići, but also the appearance of entire city. The deadline for construction is 24 months, prices will range from 1.850 BAM per square meter, and sales will start very soon,” said Dževlan.

Sarajevo Tower, which will be located near the ambulance, will occupy an area of 76,000 square meters, with 334 residential units and a flexible system that approves repackaging units depending on the needs of the market. The building will have 507 parking spaces, 7,223 square meters of office space and quality materials that will be installed in the building is, according to investors, in accordance with the strictest standards in the field of engineering.

Dušan Jovanović, chief designer of Sarajevo Tower, pointed out that only residential units in the building will occupy about 60,000 square meters.

The building will have two entrances for the citizens and a special access road from Kolodvorska Street. Three floors will be underground, of which two will be the garage, and one will include a hypermarket. Ground floor and two floors will be office space, and other floors will be residential, “said Jovanović.

The building will have eight high-speed elevators that will climb and descend at a speed of 2.5 meters per second and two freight elevators. An interesting fact is that in the 25th and 26th floor will be placed storey apartments with gardens and view on the city.

Start of works is scheduled for the end of April, and completion is expected in spring 2017.
