stupska_petljaThe works on one of the most important infrastructural projects of Sarajevo – XII Transversal are in full tone. If the weather conditions are favorable during the winter, the road could be finished by July 2014 as foreseen by the contract.

As emphasized the Directorate of Roads for the Sarajevo Canton, which is the investor of the project, currently is working on the completion of the ramp C of Stup Interchange, where recently have been resolved the property- legal issues.

It is already set the structure for walking, and as the Directorate announced they separated wherever they could the construction site from the walking path. According to them, the walking path is opened which solves the problem of traffic during the works, considering that this is one of the most frequented places in Sarajevo. The traffic lights are closed.

The contract price of these works is 10.86 million euro, and the local companies “Euro – Asphalt” and “ŽGP” are implementing the project. Te main project is designed by “TZI -Engineering”.
