SDA: This is an Attack on the State, a joint Response of the pro-Bosnian Bloc is necessary

The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) commented on the latest aspirations and actions of the regime of Milorad Dodik and his party SNSD.

The adoption of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NARS) conclusions by which Dodik unilaterally announced the formation of parainstitutions and the overthrow of the Dayton Peace Agreement, the continuous attack on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the blockade of state institutions and threats of secessionism, as well as the lack of a decisive reaction from international representatives to these moves, a unique, decisive, specific political response from pro-Bosnian political forces is needed, “ they stated.

They explained that such an approach is needed in the talks on the reform of the BiH Constitution and election legislation, as well as a joint answer to the dilemma of whether to discuss the topic at all until the work of state institutions is unblocked and the attack on the constitutional order is stopped.

“Political parties from the pro-Bosnian bloc, which together have more than 800.000 votes and almost 60 percent of the hands in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, must put aside every single party interest and show maturity and unity. Such an approach should be shown by relevant actors from the intellectual, professional, and media community. This is rightly expected by the vast majority of the citizens of our homeland. Our message of unity and strength will reduce the chances of bad scenarios and discourage forces attacking BiH, while at the same time sending a clear message to friends in the international community, “ they noted.

”Therefore, in the upcoming days, it is necessary to coordinate the activities of the pro-Bosnian bloc through an open dialogue of all relevant actors and take joint steps, ” they added.
