constitutional courtThe collegium of the Presidency of SDA, instructed members of that party in the House of Representatives of the State Parliament to submit an appeal to the Constitutional court of B&H because of the unconstitutional Law on Amendments on the Law of the permanent and temporary residence of the citizens of B&H, as announced from SDA.

SDA expressed the concern about the adoption of this law in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H, because as states, it limits citizens’ right and freedom on the choice of their residence.

As in previous years, SDA reminds that the amendments of the Law on the Residence are consisted of a destructive elements for returnees and enable the violation of fundamental human rights and freedoms.

“Adopted law represents a drastic impact on one of the key Dayton principles related to the freedom of movement and freedom of the choice of the residence“, warns SDA.
