Today in Vlasenica will be opened the second fair of agriculture and industry, which will gather 50 exhibitors who are engaged in production of fruit, dairy industry, beekeeping and similar activities.
At the fair will be exhibited products by representatives of cooperative of”Women” from the region BIRAC (Bratunac, Milici, Srebrenica, Sekovici, Vlasenica and Zvornik), who started their own small businesses thanks to the program of economic empowerment of women.
During the day will be organized show of handicrafts and tour of gastronomic offer of authentic local food.
The fair is organized in the framework of the project ” Inclusive economic growth and creation of jobs in eastern BiH- Region BIRAC ” and financed by the European Union, Austrian Development Agency and CARE Austria.
The goal of the project is to stimulate economic development and creation of employment opportunities in the region BIRAC, implemented by CARE in cooperation with local partners.
