Serge Brammertz in Visit to BiH

sergeThe main purpose of Brammertz’s visit is a meeting with judicial authorities at the entity level and talks about the way of prosecuting war crimes cases and address issues of common interest.

Serge Brammertz, Hague Tribunal Chief Prosecutor will visit Sarajevo, Zenica and Banja Luka from 16th until 18th March this year.

Brammertz will meet with the President of the Supreme Court, the Chief Prosecutor and the directors of judicial training centers in the Federation and in the Republika Srpska.

In addition, Brammertz will meet with the representatives of several associations of victims in Zenica and Banja Luka.

Additionally, the Prosecutor Brammertz has been invited to give a lecture to law students at the University of Sarajevo and the University of Zenica, where he will talk about the challenges of modern international criminal law.
