The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina will hold its 96th session on Monday, December 8, starting at 12:00.

The draft agenda will be published later, the Council of Ministers of BiH announced.

As a reminder, the Council of Ministers of BiH did not hold a session yesterday because a consensus was not reached on the proposed agenda.

Ministers from the SNSD, the Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH Srđan Amidžić, and the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Staša Košarac did not vote for the adoption of the agenda.

Yesterday, the Council of Ministers of BiH was supposed to consider the draft laws on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPCBiH), and on amendments to the Law on the Court of BiH, as well as the Proposal for a Decision on the Establishment of the Office of the Chief Negotiator of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the European Union, as priorities on the EU path, key to the adoption of the negotiating framework for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
