Several Migrants injured in Fight at temporary Blazuj Migration Center

Police of Sarajevo Canton was informed at 2.40 am that there had been a disturbance of public order and peace with a fight between several migrants at the temporary Blazuj Migration Center.

Immediately, several patrols of police officers of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton were sent to the reception centre.

Several migrants requested medical help and were provided by a team of the Emergency Medical Services Unit of the Sarajevo Canton, after which a number of the injured were sent for further medical treatment at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo.

This was also reported to the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton, under whose authority police officers of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton Sarajevo are conducting an investigation at the scene, after which more information will be known.
