Children’s programme of the 19th Sarajevo Film Festival opened on Saturday (17th Aug) in the packed Novi Grad Municipality cinema.
Programme was opened with the screening of the mega popular animated film by Raj Gosnell, SMURFS 2.
SMURFS 2 brings to the big screen the story of evil wizard Gargamel, who created a couple of mischievous Smurf-like creatures called the Naughties, that he hopes will help him harness the all-powerful, magical Smurf-essence. But when he discovers that only a real Smurf can give him what he wants, and only a secret spell that Smurfette knows can turn the Naughties into real Smurfs, Gargamel kidnaps Smurfette and brings her to Paris, where he had been winning the adoration of millions as the world’s greatest sorcerer.
