pacijent0717As a part of  the Documentary Sarajevo Film Festival and in the context of the competition program tonight will be screened the premiere of the documentary “Patient” by Zdenko Jurilj at the Multiplex Cinema City.

The film is a narrative documentary story about the conditions and state of the patient before, during and after heart surgery.

“Patient” is a film inspired by Kant’s thought, “What can I know? What I have to do? What can I hope for and what is the man?“.

This documentary film is produced by Tomislav Bubalo from the production house “Kadar” from Široki Brijeg. Cinematographer is Antoni Ćorić while tone and edition is by Tomislav Topic.

After the first screening at the 19th Sarajevo Film Festival, the “Patient” will have its premiere in Herzegovina at this year’s Mediterranean Film Festival, which will take place in Široki Brijeg from 26th to 31st August.

From the production house “Kadar” is emphasized that several major film festivals in Europe and in the world apart from the Sarajevo Film Festival have shown interest for this documentary film.

With the film “Rob” by director Pjer Žalica, this documentary film is the only representative documentary of B&H at the Sarajevo competition documentary film festival.
