Shameful: This is what a Pregnant Woman’s Breakfast looks like in the Hospital

A slice of salami, two slices of bread, a spoonful of sour cream, and a cup of tea. And one not-so-fresh apple.

That’s what a meal, or rather a breakfast, looks like for a pregnant woman at the General Hospital in Smederevo. A photo was posted on Facebook by a woman who lives in this city.

“A pregnant woman’s breakfast! Smederevo hospital,” she wrote in the description of the post.

As she added, pregnant women also get two teaspoons of jam and bread for a meal.

“Sad, shameful, every comment is redundant,” were the comments on the post. Even a former patient of the Smederevo hospital commented that it was the same five years ago, N1 writes.
