asmir begovićAsmir Begović is, by many, the best footballer of the Stoke City. Bosnia national team’s goalkeeper arrived to Stoke from Portsmouth and quickly replaced great Thomas Sorensen at the goalkeeper’s position.

The captain of this club, Ryan Shawcross is happy to be playing with Asmir who is one of the favourite players in the team.

“Begović is among 3 best goalkeepers in the Premiership. I am not surprised by his defences because I saw him practicing, he is fascinating. He is getting better and better every day. We are glad to have him in the team and we hope he will stay for a long time.” – stated for the English press the captain of Stoke.
