Signing of Memorandum of Understanding in Sarajevo Today

djecaThe organizations ‘’Hope and Homes for Children”, “Save the Children”, SOS Children Home BiH”, UNICEF and “World Vision” will sign a joint memorandum of understanding in Sarajevo today, which involves the implementation of a series of joint activities that would protect and improve the rights of children in BiH.

The organizations that will sign the memorandum of understanding are determined to work together to contribute to meeting the objectives defined by the strategic documents of BiH regarding children, announced the organization “Save the Children”.

Therefore, the cooperation of these five organizations will be particularly evident in the areas of advocacy for the protection of children and to ensure the rights contained in the Convention on the rights of the child, fight against all forms of violence against children, advocating for the implementation of strategies and action related to children and children’s rights, early childhood development and education of children, protection of children without guardians, as well as all other areas that are relevant to the healthy development and growth of all children.

The signing of the memorandum will take place in the UN building in Sarajevo beginning at 11:00.
