Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested one person in the Sarajevo area yesterday, on suspicion of having committed the criminal acts of endangering persons under international legal protection and public incitement to terrorist activities.
In accordance with the order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, a search was made of the residential building used by the suspect, with the aim of finding evidence pointing to the commission of these criminal acts, SIPA announced.
After criminal processing and interrogation, the arrested person was handed over to the further jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
