Members of the Agency for Investigation and Protection BiH are searching the office in the Police Administration of East Sarajevo, which is used by a woman whose husband is on the run, and who is connected to the murder of Sarajevo police officers in 2018, Srna has learned unofficially.
This morning, members of SIPA BiH, under the supervision of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office, started searches at several locations in the Republika Srpska, said the spokesperson of the Prosecutor’s Office, Azra Bavcic.
“Searches are carried out under the supervision of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office and by order of the Cantonal Court,” a joint statement from Sipa and the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office reads.
The action is being carried out in cooperation with the police officers of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republika Srpska and the Sarajevo Canton, as well as the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH, it is added in the announcement.
Police officers Adis Sehovic and Davor Vujinovic were killed on October 26, 2018 in the Sarajevo settlement of Alipasino Polje.
