SIPA Searches several Locations in Banja Luka and Doboj

Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in the area of ​​Banja Luka and Doboj are conducting the operational operation “Border”, which is directed against several persons, employees of the Indirect Taxation Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Searches are underway at several locations due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the persons in question committed the criminal offense of “Receiving gifts and other forms of benefit” prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” SIPA announced.

Operational operation “Border” is being conducted by order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska.

More information will be provided during the day, after the completion of field activities, SIPA added.
