Slovenia will donate 100,620 doses of Pfizer vaccine to Bosnia and Herzegovina. At yesterday’s session, the government of this country decided to deliver vaccines to Bosnia and Herzegovina based on requests from BiH for the purpose of humanitarian aid in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic.

The Government of Slovenia sent a request to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to do everything necessary to implement humanitarian aid, while authorizing Minister Janez Poklukar to sign contract documents between Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and BioNTech / Pfizer.

The National Institute of Public Health is in charge of preparing the vaccine for transport and handing it over to the recipient, which is determined and sent by the competent ministry from BiH, N1 Slovenia reported.

At the end of June, Slovenia donated 48,000 doses of AstraZeneca to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
