sorensen zvanična (1)The head of the EU Delegation to BiH and Special Representative of the EU to BiH Peter Sorensen announced today in Sarajevo that the EU expects that BiH adopt an agreement on border crossings with Croatia and an agreement on cross-border traffic with Croatia.

These documents at yesterday’s session of the Presidency of BiH were not adopted because Chairman of the BIH Presidency Nebojša Radmanović voted against them, while the other two members, Željko Komšić and Bakir Izetbegović voted for these documents.

“I will not speculate on the possible consequences, because nobody wants to bear the consequences of this, and least of all BiH politicians and citizens of BiH. This is why it is not necessary to speculate on this. These documents with Croatia, and therefore with the EU, have to be signed and there is no debate over this’’, said Sorensen to journalists.
