The Head of the EU Delegation and Special Representative of the EU Peter Sorensen and Deputy Head of the EU Delegation Renzo Daviddi are in Banja Luka today to meet with the RS President Milorad Dodik.

During the meeting, Dodik said that the RS has a constructive approach in the application of the “Sejdić – Finci” case, which involves the removal of national exclusivity in selecting members of the BiH Presidency.

The RS President reiterated that the decision does not require a change of the election of members of the BiH Presidency.

The RS President spoke to Sorensen and Daviddi of the stances of the RS representatives regarding the current issues in the RS and BiH.

During the meeting they spoke about fulfilling the conditions laid out in the Road Map fro BiH, especially on implementing the “Sejdić- Finci” case and mechanisms of coordination in the area of European integration.

It is planned for the two highest EU representatives in BiH to meet with RS Prime Minister Aleksandar Džombić, as well as with the President of the RS National Assembly Igor Radojičić.
