Over the past few days, SPARKsters’ schedule was packed with various workshops, 1:1 mentoring sessions and open events, as we had visits from three Swiss EP experts.  First, it was Maris Prii from Estonia. Maris is a member of Startup Wise Guys team as COO and Management Board Member since 2014, handling corporate governance, operations, financials, investments and legal side of portfolio management. She was a mentor for B2B SaaS startup from Estonia and Latvia through six accelerator programs, and also negotiated and finalized 56 pre-seed investments. In addition to meetings with our startups, Maris was a guest of the Fireside Chat event, where she discovered the Estonian secrets of IT success.

Ljuba Youngblom and Adam Altman visited SPARK at the same time. Ljuba has many years of experience in design, marketing, product strategy and management, and PR and communications, while Adam is an expert in product strategy and business model design. The two hosted many workshops with our startups, but they also devoted time to each startup during 1:1 meetings. In addition, Ljuba also had working meetings with NSoft designers, as well as an open event on the topic of The Power of Diverse Startup Teams.  As you can see, we had a very productive week and we are looking forward to some new Swiss EP experts.
