November will be quite active at the art cinema Kriterion in terms of festivals, lectures and long-awaited film weeks. As a little break from this schedule, they decided to briefly show the comedy that will surely fix the ‘rainy’ mood. ‘Le Skylab‘ is a film directed by Julie Delpy, awarded with the highest score and was declared a successful response to the Sarkozy movie from the same year “The Conquest“. The film will be shown from 6th – 8th November at 18:00 and 20:20.
‘Le Skylab‘ returns to the audience the nostalgic year 1979. Albertina is 10 years old and all her relatives gathered at the family home in Brittany to celebrate grandmother’s birthday. They all believe that the Skylab ( a rocket part that NASA launched in apace) will fall that summer. This gathering turned into a funky, singing weekend of discovery and love.
