“For this claim we will offer statistical indicators to the public with the Report on Activities in 2014, however, analysis of monthly reports regarding our work show that all the judges of the Court filled and even have overtime hours according to the orientational judicial norm established by the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” explains Jaganjac.

He points out that the results of the work presented by judicial departments is also satisfactory, stating that the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court presents a constant trend of solving current inflow and gradual reduction of the backlog.

At the same time, he recalls that in terms of the quality of decisions of the Supreme Court of the Federation, there is a continued tendency of very high quality, expressed through the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the occasion of appeals filed against decisions of this Court (Supreme Court).

When it comes to priorities for the coming year, the president of the Supreme Court of the Federation says that setting an organizational task for the implementation of the Law on the fight against organized crime and corruption is a priority for this Court in 2015.
